We can offer a maintenance service either on a reactive or proactive basis. We work with a number of contractors who are specialists in their own fields. This covers ductwork cleaning, ductwork installation and water treatment. We only work with those companies who standards are as high as ours.

With older buildings being re-purposed and many services being retained and reused, the need for validation of existing services is now moving to the forefront of peoples minds. We can supply a full report of what each piece of equipment is achieving to protect you and your client from additional costs.
Equipment and standards
Equipment carried.
All engineers carry a balometer, micromanometer, anemometer, water manometers (both low loss and mercury) pitot tubes, clamp meter, tachometer and temperature probes (both insertion and contact).
Equipment Standards
All equipment is calibrated on an annual basis by BSRIA to ensure that all readings are as accurate as they can be.
Work Standards
We work to the highest standards with reference to the relevant CIBSE and BSRIA guidelines.
DBS
All site operatives are DBS checked and cleared to work in environments where children are present.
Site Certification
All site operatives are holders of CSCS cards and have valid Asbestos Awareness Certificates.
